The DAITT® Advisory Method

How We Help

We meet you exactly where you are — and build from there.

Five Domains. One Quarterback. Zero Gaps.

D

Debt Optimization

The interest rate isn't the problem. The amortization is.

On a standard amortized loan, your effective interest cost can hit 80–100% over the life of the debt. It's not the rate — it's the structure. We use cash flow engineering to compress that cost and redirect it toward building wealth.

"We take what you're overpaying the banks and give it back to you."
In plain English

What changes when debt, tax, and trust are helped as one system?

Before

  • Debt payoff, tax filing, and trust docs are separate projects.
  • Each fix creates a new blind spot elsewhere.
  • You cannot see the order of operations.

After

  • Help follows a clear sequence across debt, tax, and trust.
  • Fixes are checked against the rest of the plan.
  • You know what to do first — and what can wait.
Debt optimization restructures amortized loans to reduce effective interest costs and free up monthly cash flow — without necessarily refinancing.

Advanced Planning Architecture

Most advisors see one piece. We see the whole board.

Business entity optimization, strategic structuring, and a total-picture assessment using the Pinnacle Financial Engineering OS™. Once cash flow is freed, we map where it goes and why.

"We're not here to manage your money. We're here to architect your future."
In plain English
Advanced planning combines entity optimization, tax-advantaged structures, and coordinated assessment to build strategy that compounds over time.

Private Wealth Investments

Great investment advice starts with seeing what your current setup really costs you.

We free up cash flow first. Then deploy capital with intention — not desperation. You'll learn about tax-advantaged cash value contracts and private wealth strategies the 1% have always used.

"We teach you what exists. You decide what fits. We execute together."
In plain English
Private wealth investment strategy focuses on purposeful capital deployment using tax-advantaged vehicles rather than off-the-shelf model portfolios.

Tax Strategy & Planning

Your CPA is great. Ask them about proactive tax strategy. We'll wait.

95% of CPAs don't do proactive tax strategy. They file. 93% of business owners are overpaying the IRS because nobody is engineering a year-round strategy. Dr. Pat Pachciarz® does — and coordinates with your tax professionals to stop the leakage.

"Filing taxes and engineering your taxes are two completely different things."
In plain English
Tax strategy involves year-round coordination between advisors, CPAs, and planners to proactively reduce tax liability through legal optimization.

Trust & Estate Planning

Your trust probably isn't funded. Go check.

Most trusts are created and never funded. We coordinate with estate attorneys, close the gaps, fund the trusts, and implement the Manila Envelope Rule — so your family knows exactly what to do if everything changed tomorrow.

"Probate court is a choice. The right planning eliminates it. Permanently."
In plain English
Trust and estate planning coordination ensures living trusts are funded, attorneys are aligned, and families have documentation to avoid probate.

The Order Matters

Why does DAITT® run in this order?

Because each step feeds the next one. Freeing cash flow (Debt Optimization) gives you something to plan with. The full picture (Advanced Planning) shows where that money should go. Investments come after the plan, not before it. Tax Strategy and Tax Filing check every move before the year ends. Trust Planning makes sure the whole thing reaches your family. For tax year 2026, for example, the standard deduction is $32,200 for married couples filing jointly (IRS). Whether a move beats that number has to be known before December 31.
