The short answer: drpat.co doesn't have its own sign-up forms, doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell your personal information. If you choose to contact us, book a call, or take a survey, we use what you share only to answer you and help you.

In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Dr. Pat Pachciarz®, The Pinnacle Group and Pinnacle Financial Planning. Pinnacle Private Wealth® is a marketing name used by Pinnacle Financial Planning. We serve clients in Oswego and Aurora, IL, and virtually in all 50 states.
The DAITT® Quiz on drpat.co runs in your browser. Your answers aren't sent to us unless you then choose to contact us or fill out one of the forms above.
Our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. We don't currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on drpat.co. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
We use what you share to respond to you, prepare for and hold the conversation you asked for, send information you requested, improve our website and education, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and talk with you: Netlify (hosting), LeadConnector (surveys and messaging), Calendly (scheduling) and Google (fonts). We may also disclose information when the law or a regulator requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law and our recordkeeping rules require. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies; some features on Calendly or LeadConnector may not work without them.
This site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable measures to protect what you share. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers or similar sensitive details through website forms, surveys or email.
If you become a client, your financial information is also covered by the separate privacy notice you receive when you engage us, which explains how client information is handled under federal financial privacy rules.
This website is meant for adults, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. drpat.co links to other websites, such as YouTube, Calendly, pinnacle-fp.com, drpatclarity.com and news publishers. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We may update this policy from time to time; when we do, we'll change the date at the top.
