Dr. Pat Pachciarz® is the Founder & CEO of The Pinnacle Group in Aurora, Illinois, and creator of the DAITT® Advisory Method. He is highly focused on the human connection in financial planning: how behavior and emotion shape money decisions. That focus is grounded in the Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional (ABFP®) designation he is pursuing. He is currently earning his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the University of St. Francis while simultaneously earning his Master's in Personal Financial Planning at the College for Financial Planning. A Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he coordinates each client's banker, CPA, attorneys and advisors into one clear plan.

Dr. Pat Pachciarz®, CEPA®, CPT, CNC spent a decade inside one of the most prestigious private client environments in the world — and watched the same pattern repeat itself. Clients in glass towers believed they were receiving elite, coordinated strategy. What most were actually getting was a polished referral — "go see your CPA," "talk to your estate attorney," "consult your tax professional." Impressive offices. Impressive titles. And a ball that kept getting kicked down the field with nobody calling the play.

He built Pinnacle Private Wealth, The Pinnacle Group, and Pinnacle Tax Strategies — three integrated firms on a single operating system — to be the thing that didn't exist: one coordinator who sees the whole board.

Most people first knew him as an athlete — captain of the men's basketball team at the University of St. Francis, then a shooting instructor for the Chicago Bulls Training Academy and the National Association of Basketball Coaches, whose early-2000s videos still teach players how to shoot. Basketball lit his love of fitness, and fitness is the door that led to everything he built next.
